The Loudoun County government announced today that motorist won’t have to comply with the traditional Nov. 15 to display vehicle decals. That’s because many residents haven’t received them.
County officials said a printing error caused a delay in mailing the blue 2016 decals. Tickets will not be issued for vehicles failing to display a current windshield sticker until Nov. 30, according to the announcement.
