The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce today announced the finalists for its 2016 Loudoun Community Leadership Awards.
The program honors the businesses and community leaders who have shown a commitment to support Loudoun County and its residents.
These finalists were selected by a panel of business and nonprofit leaders. The winners will be announced during the Chamber’s annual meeting Jan. 21 at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne.
The finalists are:
Young Professionals: Lisa Herndon Broyhill, WINC-FM; Katie McAuliffe Campbell, Wells Fargo Advisors; Rusty Foster, Bow Tie Strategies; and Browning Herbert, Middleburg Bank.
Executive Leader: Carol Barbe, Backflow Technology; Paul Bice, John Marshall Bank; Brian Davidson, Van Metre Homes; and Jared Melvin, Loudoun Insurance Group.
Small Organization (fewer than 100 employees): Bow Tie Strategies; J & L Interiors; Modern Mechanical; and Palmercare Chiropractic
Large Organization (100 employees or more): AH&T; AOL; Nova Medical & Urgent Care; and Wells Fargo Bank.
“Loudoun County is truly privileged to have so many outstanding leaders and organizations that are willing to invest their time, talent and treasure to serve their community,” Chamber President and CEO Tony Howard said in announcing the slate. “The Loudoun County Chamber is privileged to honor these great community Leaders for the hard work and valuable contributions they have made to make Loudoun a world-class community to live, work, raise a family and grow a business.”
