Runners to Close Out 2015 in Brambleton

The Loudoun Interfaith Relief food pantry will be the Thursday’s New Year’s Eve race in Brambleton.

Ringing in Hope features 10K and 5K races and a 1K fun run.

The races will start and finish in front of the Regal Cinema at the Brambleton Town Center. The fun run begins at noon, with the 5K and 10K starting an hour later.

Participants may bring food donations or make cash contributions to Loudoun Interfaith Relief during the registration process or on-site on race day.

After the races, Chick-fil-A will serve food and Lost Rhino will set up a finish line beer garden.

Online registration is open through 8 p.m. Dec. 29. Packets can be picked up at the Potomac River Running store, 1601 Village Market Blvd. in Leesburg fro 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29 or at Brambleton Sport and Health, at 42365 Soave Dr., from 4 to 7 p.m. Dec. 30. Race day registration opens at 11 a.m.
