Foster, Barbe Honored for Community Leadership        

Two individuals and two companies were honored today for their service to the community.

The Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of the 2016 Loudoun Community Leadership Awards today at the National Conference Center in Lansdowne.

There were four award categories of Community Leadership Awards:

Young Professionals: Rusty Foster, Bow Tie Strategies. The other finalists were Lisa Herndon Broyhill, WINC-FM; Katie McAuliffe Campbell, Wells Fargo Advisors; and Browning Herbert, Middleburg Bank.

Executive Leader Award: Carol Barbe, Backflow Technology. The other finalists were Paul Bice, John Marshall Bank; Brian Davidson, Van Metre Homes; and Jared Melvin, Loudoun Insurance Group.

Small Organization (fewer than 100 employees): J & L Interiors. The other finislest were Bow Tie Strategies, Modern Mechanical, and Palmercare Chiropractic.

Large Organization (100 employees or more): Wells Fargo Bank. The other finalists were AH&T, AOL, and Nova Medical & Urgent Care.

“Loudoun County is truly privileged to have so many outstanding leaders and organizations that are willing to invest their time, talent and treasure to serve their community,’ Chamber President Tony Howard said. “The Loudoun County Chamber is privileged to honor these great Community Leaders for the hard work and valuable contributions they have made to make Loudoun a world-class community to live, work, raise a family and grow a business.”
