Loudoun Board of Supervisors Chairwoman Phyllis J. Randall (R-At Large) and Leesburg Vice Mayor Kelly Burk will hold a news conference this morning to provide an update on the status of snow removal operations.
The session will begin at 11 a.m. at the County Administration Building and be aired on the county government channel—Comcast Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40, and Verizon FiOS Channel 40. It will also be streamed live at www.loudoun.gov/webcast.
A representative from the Virginia Department of Transportation also will be on hand to provide an update from the state’s perspective.
Leesburg offered a conference call briefing last night. Staff members said some town streets may not get a lane plowed through until Friday.
