Another Suspect Charged in Ashburn Home Invasion Robbery

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has made a fifth arrest in its investigation of a 2015 home invasion robbery in Ashburn.

In the case, a group of suspects entered a Sawyer Square home in Ashburn Farm on July 20, 2015, and demanded money from a teenage resident. One suspect brandished a knife. The suspects took cash, a video game system and a cell phone.

The fifth suspect, a 16-year-old Aldie resident, was charged Feb. 10 with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and breaking and entering.

Previously arrested in the case were Donté J. Campbell, 20, Christian D. Brewer, 20, Malcolm E. Kelly, 26, and Cedric G. Watson, 20. All four suspects were charged with abduction, robbery and breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony in connection with the robbery.
