Brad Boland, past chairman of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors and principal broker of Keller Williams Realty Dulles, has been selected to serve on Fannie Mae’s Affordable Housing Advisory Council. The council advises Fannie Mae on how it can best support and promote affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families.

Conventional Financing and Policy Committee, Boland is one of 15 industry experts named to the AHAC. He lives near Purcellville and has worked in real estate for more than four decades.
In a release announcing his new position, he said he believes Fannie Mae plays an important role in providing options for preserving the availability and affordability of housing.
“I am looking forward to serving on the Affordable Housing Advisory Council and helping to support Fannie Mae’s strong commitment to sustainable finance options for housing that’s affordable for underserved markets,” he stated.
