Assault Case Against Loudoun Deputy Dismissed

A Shenandoah County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court judge has dismissed a domestic-assualt charge against a Loudoun deputy.

Deputy First Class Chad Neff, 32, was charged in July with misdemeanor domestic assault by Woodstock police. The charge was dismissed Oct. 13, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Neff, a 5-year Sheriff’s Office veteran, will return to duty this week, the agency stated.
