Delirium Pushes Back Leesburg Opening

Delirium Cafe fans will have to wait a little bit longer to pay a visit to its newest location in downtown Leesburg.

Originally slated for a lunchtime May 8 opening, proprietor Curtis Allred announced this week that they are now planning an opening a week later, Monday, May 15.
There is no single reason for the delay, Allred said, but several factors that prompted the change in plans.
“We want to open to our guests with a completed restaurant facility, a well-trained staff, and a fully delivered beverage program,” he emphasized.
Delirium Café is expected to draw hungry and thirsty patrons from throughout the region. The original Delirium Café in Brussels is known for its long beer list, standing at more than 2,000. The Leesburg location will be the fourth in the franchise. [Douglas Graham/Loudoun Now]
