As part of the Loudoun County Public Library’s Mental Health Awareness Month programs, there will be a special suicide-prevention panel discussion in Lovettsville tonight.
Starting at 7 p.m., psychotherapist Dr. Suzanne Nixon will present an overview of mental health issues in Loudoun. Then students leading the We’re All Human group at Woodgrove High School will discuss their efforts to curb suicide by promoting acceptance and bringing support to students in need of understanding.
A panel discussion will be led by Suzie Bartel of the Ryan Bartel Foundation.
The May 8 program will be held at the Lovettsville Library, 12 N. Light St.
