LCSO: Burglary Suspect Touched Sleeping Woman

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning burglary at a Sterling home in which the suspect groped a female resident while she slept.

The incident happened around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday at a Clarion Terrace home. The victim reported she was awakened by a man who was touching her as she slept in her bed. He fled the home without saying anything to the victim.

The suspect was described as a black male, medium height, with a stocky build and short hair. He was wearing a black sweatshirt and baggy blue jeans. There were no signs of forced entry into the home.

Deputies established a perimeter and searched the area with the assistance of a K9 unit. The suspect was not found.
