Chocolate-Themed Restaurant Celebrates Grand Opening in Leesburg

The Conche, a new Leesburg restaurant that is all about chocolate, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.

The boutique, chocolate-themed restaurant features an array of artisan handmade chocolate confections, chocolate-infused savory cuisine, and handcrafted cocktails. Those who attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony got an idea of just what The Conche owner and Chef  Santosh Tiptur can do, sampling everything from chocolate mojitos and spiced lamb flatbread to peach- and lime-chocolate truffles.

Tiptur told a crowd of well-wishers: “I love chocolate, and I’m excited to share that love with others.”

The Conche is in the Village at Leesburg at 1605 Village Market Blvd. SE, Suite J108. For more information, go to www.the-conche.com.
