League Program to Promote Civic Engagement

The League of Women Voters of Loudoun County is planning a panel discussion to encourage voters to become more involved with issues at the local, state and federal levels.

The free program will be held Thursday, March 8, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Rust Library in Leesburg.

Panelists include Jennifer Beckley of the Loudoun County Election Office; Gem Bingol of the Piedmont Environmental Council; Brenda Sheridan of the Loudoun County School Board, Kenya Savage of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and Carol Noggle, the former statewide lobbyist for the League of Women Voters Virginia.
