Suspect Sought in Croson’s Deli Robbery

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a strong-armed robbery that happened Monday at Croson’s Deli Mart on Rt. 50 near South Riding.

According to the report, a store employee arrived around 2 p.m. and was assaulted by a man who stole a large sum of money being handled as part of the businesses operations.

The suspect was described as a black male and was wearing a grey sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, and blaze orange gloves. Prior to the assault, the suspect exited the backseat of a recent model black GMC Yukon.
