Homes for Leaders founder Jim Atkins of Middleburg has sold the business to Kathryn Sink.
She served as vice president of Homes for Leaders since its inception in 2011 and has served as the firm’s principal broker since 2016.
The new organization will be named Sink Realty Group, LLC. and will be headquartered in Purcellville.
Sink is the owner/principal broker and has been joined by Realtor Karen Lilly serving as vice president and director of client relations; and Realtor Dave Olimpi will be vice president.

I have lived in Loudoun County all my life and have tremendous knowledge of the real estate market and life here,” Sink said.
Sink is a native of Loudoun County and has been involved in local real estate since 2004. She has received industry recognition, sales awards and currently serves on the board of Dulles Area Association of Realtors. She is a certified accredited buyers representative and a graduate of Realtor Institute.
