Blue Ridge Hospice has appointed Constance L. Morrison as its new chief executive officer and president.
Joining the community hospice from the Berks County, PA region, Morrison has more than 25 years of experience in the home and health care industry and a proven record of growth and positive change in hospice and home health organizations. Throughout her career, she has led organizations to increase employee and patient satisfaction, compliance, census and productivity. Most recently, she was CEO and president of Home Health Care Management, a nonprofit in Pennsylvania.
“I’m excited to lead this long-standing, well-respected hospice organization and look forward to becoming an active member of this community,” Morrison stated.
She follows CEO Ernest Carnevale Jr., who retired in 2017 after leading the organization for two decades.
