2 Men Sought in Sterling Holdup

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two men involved in an armed robbery early this morning at a Sterling 7-Eleven store.

According to the report, the two suspects entered the Edds Lane store at 12:05 a.m. One suspect walked behind the counter next to the clerk, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The second suspect leaned over the counter and removed money from the register. The suspects fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

The suspect with the handgun is described as a black male, approximately 20-years of age, 5-feet, 8-inches tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt with a white hoodie sweatshirt, dark colored jeans and a blue handkerchief over his face.

The second suspect is described as a black male, approximately 20-years of age, 5-feet, 6-inches tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black white hoodie sweatshirt and dark colored jeans.
