CPR/AED & Basic First Aid Class – Adult Child Infant

An event every month that begins at 6:30pm on day Second of the month, repeating indefinitely
SCS Safety Health & Security Associates in conjunction with Blue Ridge Speech and Hearing are providing CPR/ AED and Basic First Aid Classes. These classes are Blended Learning classes (Online and In person). Blended Learning is designed to cut down on the time spent in the classroom, and is designed to provide more hands on learning time. The lecture part of the class is one online.
The online part of the course is self-paced and can take on average of 2 to 3 hours.
The hands-on skills practice and testing will be held at: Blue Ridge Speech and Hearing 19465 Deerfield Ave., Suite 201, Leesburg, VA 20176
Time: Hands-on part of the class will start promptly at 6:30 PM (Approximately 2 1/2 hours)
Type: American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) CPR/AED and First Aid for the Community and Workplace.
This course is accredited, and complies to OSHA regulations. It will cover CPR procedures for the Adult, Child and Infant, use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Basic First Aid will cover controlling bleeding, shock, amputation, burns, sudden illness, stroke diabetic emergencies, choking and much more.
