Five Stones Institutes Group Weight Loss Series is a monthly class lead by a nutritionist, focused around creating a supportive community for anyone who is on a journey to weight loss and better health. At each meeting you will learn about a new topic in nutrition, such as what types of food should create the core of your meal plan and mindful eating. The class will be an open group discussion format, so that each individual can share their trials, tips and sucesses to inspire and help each other.
