Two Suspects Sought In Sterling Robbery

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is looking for two suspects involved in a Sugarland Run mugging yesterday afternoon.

Deputies were called to Carousel Court just before 5 p.m. after a resident saw people running and fighting. Two victims said they were approached by two males who asked if they could make a purchase for them at a nearby convenience store. While walking to the store, one of the suspects pushed one of the victims down and assaulted him. The second suspect took cash from the victim. The suspect ran away in different directions. One left in a dark blue Nissan Altima.

One suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall black male, weighing about180 pounds, was wearing a white plaid button up shirt and khaki pants. He had a birthmark or scar under his left eye.

The second suspect was described as a 6-foot-tall white male, weighing 150 pounds, wearing a gray beanie with an orange strip around it, a gray T-shirt and blue jeans.
