Splash Communications Celebrates New Location

Splash Communications has moved to 215 Depot Court in Leesburg and will celebrate its grand opening Wednesday, Dec. 2.

There will be a formal ribbon cutting at 5:15 p.m.

The marketing and public relations was founded by Elysa Leonard as a home-based business in Ashburn and moved to the George Mason Enterprise Center in Leesburg last year.
