The Loudoun Symphony Youth Orchestra will hold auditions for all orchestra positions on Aug. 20 and Aug. 27 in Leesburg.
Auditions are also being accepted through video submission through Aug. 27. Candidates must have at least three years of experience on their instrument.
LSYO rehearses on Tuesday nights beginning in September and performs everything from classical to modern music in three concerts during its season. Brass and percussion players have the option to wait until after marching band season to attend rehearsals.

In its 26th season, Loudoun Symphony’s mission is to enrich the community through music. It presents a full season of six orchestral concerts, including a holiday concert. The educational outreach program includes the Loudoun Symphony Youth Orchestra, the Loudoun String Workshop, the Instrument Petting Zoo, and mini-concerts performed in elementary schools throughout Loudoun County.
