Michael Allan Breeden of Lovettsville, Virginia passed away May 1, 2017. Born on June 17, 1956 in Covington, Virginia he was the son of Calvin Mac Breeden and Alice Ann McElwee.
Michael was predeceased by his parents, his sister, Linda Procario and his step mom Constance Breeden. He is survived by his daughter Meghan Breeden; stepsons Ethan Huff and Matt Stanford, and their mother Susan Breeden; siblings Ricky Breeden, Diane Blosser and Emilie Towe; nieces, nephews and countless friends.
A graduate of Loudoun Valley High School, Michael began a long successful career as an electrician. He was a quiet, hardworking man who loved family and friends. A secret Santa for countless years he found immense joy in decorating everyone’s favorite “Charlie Brown” Christmas tree along Route 7 near Leesburg, Virginia. Michael would always say that Christmas didn’t start until after the Christmas breakfast following the decorating of the tree. Not one to need accolades he led a humble but full life. Everyone who met him, liked him.
Visitation will be held on May 5, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home, Purcellville, VA. Services will be held on May 6, 2017 at 11 am. Burial will follow in the Hillsboro Cemetery.
