The Conche, a new Leesburg restaurant that is all about chocolate, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Thursday.
The boutique, chocolate-themed restaurant features an array of artisan handmade chocolate confections, chocolate-infused savory cuisine, and handcrafted cocktails. Those who attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony got an idea of just what The Conche owner and Chef Santosh Tiptur can do, sampling everything from chocolate mojitos and spiced lamb flatbread to peach- and lime-chocolate truffles.
Tiptur told a crowd of well-wishers: “I love chocolate, and I’m excited to share that love with others.”
