Falcon Expands with New Sterling Center

Falcon Heating & Air Conditioning this week marked the beginning of construction of its new operations center in Sterling.

The 20,000-square-foot building at the Dulles Trade Center West will include a heating, air conditioning, and ventilation educational space, as well as office space for the company.

“Our business is continually growing, and we find ourselves in need of not only office space but skilled and trained employees as well,” co-owner Bruce Rahmani stated. “This is such an exciting time for all of us here at Falcon. We are eager to open our new training facility, which will help bring in a new wave of employees eager to advance their skills and their trade and help us and the community grow even further.”

Founded 28 years ago in Loudoun County with two employees, Falcon has grown to a staff of more than 100.

“We have experienced great success in the Loudoun community, but like so many other companies employing blue-collar workers, our growth can only be sustained with a steady flow of skilled employees.” co-owner Alex Hosseinian stated. “We are constantly looking to hire qualified individuals to join our team, and our new facility will be able to accommodate our growth and help train the future generation.”
