School’s out and it’s time for Loudoun’s equestrian youth to take full advantage of the summer months.
Windy Willow Wine & Equine started its summer Horse for a Day Camp this week, with multiple sessions scheduled throughout the summer months from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Intended for kids ages 6 and up of all skill levels, the camp costs $150 per session, includes a snack and focuses on safety around horses, and how to groom, feed, lead and ride them. Campers will also go for nature and stream walks and do arts and crafts.
Windy Willow is located at three locations—one in Purcellville, one in Middleburg and one just north of Hillsboro off Harpers Ferry Road. Learn more at windywillowequine.com.
