Update: Ortega-Henriquez safely returned home, the Sheriff’s Office reported Sept. 24.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a Sterling teenager who voluntarily left his school bus stop on Thursday.
Bryan C. Ortega-Henriquez, 15, was last seen around 7:40 a.m. on Sept. 20. He did not go to school and did not return home. He is described as a white male, 5-feet, 11-inches tall, 189 pounds with black hair, and brown eyes. He wears glasses.
He recently moved to the Sterling area from Herndon and is believed to be with friends back in the Herndon area. He was in contact with family on Friday but has not returned home.
