John H. Carson, Jr. (known to many as Jack) passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018, at the age of 71 years.
John will be forever remembered by his wife, Donna, his daughters, Jenny and Leigh, and his grandchildren.
Born in Ohio, John attended Lehigh University where he received his PhD. As a professor at George Washington University, John taught Information Systems and Technology Management and was a mentor to many students over the years. When not working on computers, John was known to scour the Lee Creek Mine in North Carolina and the Badlands National Park in South Dakota for fossils. John will be remembered for his wry sense of humor and passion for teaching. John will be laid to rest in a private service on November 1st.
