Loudoun Teacher Charged after Alleged Relationship with Student

A Loudoun County Public School teacher has been charged after she was involved in an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile student at Park View High School, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

Kimberly L. Winters, 32, of Sterling, was arrested Friday and charged with indecent liberties by a custodian. The charge stems from an alleged sexual relationship between Winters and the juvenile victim that occurred between September and November in 2017.

Winters was held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending a secure bond.
