One Loudoun’s sixth annual tree lighting promised rain-or-shine holiday cheer, and lit up a rainy Saturday night with dancing, food, crafts, and horse and wagon rides. After performances from local dance troupes, Santa Claus arrived to help light up the tree in the middle of One Loudoun’s central plaza, then took pictures with visitors in his sleigh.
