Loudoun Schools to Operate on 2-Hour Delay Tuesday

First the bad news, kids: Loudoun County Public Schools will reopen for classes Tuesday following 2019’s first snowstorm.

The good news is that you can sleep in a couple of hours longer.

The school system will be operating on a two-hour delay schedule Jan. 15 after being closed on Monday because of the weekend’s heavy snow.

School crews have be busy throughout the day clearing parking lots and sidewalks on the county’s 80-plus school campuses and offices properties, with their work earning a passing grade late Monday afternoon.
