Dominion HS Secretary Charged With Stealing Co-workers’ Credit Cards

A school counseling secretary at Dominion High School faces fraud charges after Sheriff’s Office investigators determined that she stole credit cards from fellow employees at the school and used them to make purchases in Loudoun County and in Maryland.

She also is accused of stealing gift cards belonging to the school and a set of keys belonging to a co-worker.

Raquel De Maria Picado, 34, of Maryland, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with six counts of credit card fraud, one count of grand larceny and one count of petit larceny.

She was released from the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center on a personal recognizance bond.
