Loudoun United Falls to Pittsburgh

Loudoun United FC is riding the longest winless streak in the young team’s history after falling 1-0 to the Pittsburgh Riverdogs on Friday night.

            Riverdog forward Steevan Dos Santos scored the matches only goal the five-minute mark.

            Loudoun last won on July 28 and the three-game losing streak also is the team’s longest of the season. The team has a 5-12-4 record with 12 games remaining in the season. Nine of those games will be played at home, starting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. against Birmingham Legion.
