A Sterling man was arrested early this morning after he broke into Park View High School in Sterling.
Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to the school shortly before 2:30 a.m. Sept. 16 after they were notified by the school district’s Safety and Security personnel that there was a burglary in progress. According to the report, the suspect was seen on surveillance video damaging an exterior door to gain entry and heading towards the teacher’s lounge inside the school.
Gabriel D. Brow, 40, was taken into custody without incident by deputies with the assistance of a Town of Herndon Police Department K9 unit. The school was searched and no other subjects were located and nothing suspicious was observed. No weapons were found on the suspect, according to the report.
Brow, 40, is charged with burglary, trespassing, and destruction of property. He was is being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center pending a bond review when sober.
